This modest bungalow has been transformed into a house that benefits from an extra family bathroom upstairs and a new en-suite. My assessment of the old boiler system was that it was over 20 years old, inefficient, costly and took up considerable space. Removal of the cold water and the heating F&E tank in the loft as well as the installation of new pipework to allow for a new Combi boiler - a highly efficient condensing type, created the space that was needed by the clients. Working with and advising my clients from the outset, I took account of their aspirations. This combined with my expertise we achieved a solution that is financially advantageous and a system that is robust.
